Create Timed Recording Schedules

Schedules are collections of business rules that govern recordings in inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to create a timed schedule for recording agent desktops when there are no associated call events. This is a separately-licensed feature.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSchedulingTimed Schedules.
  2. Click New Schedule.
  3. Complete the fields and schedule parameters as needed.
  4. Click Save.
