Delete Leave Request Types

Leave requests are used to identify times and reasons when employees are not available for scheduling. This topic demonstrates how to delete leave request types.

For more information, see Leave Request Types Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Scheduling Leave Request Types.
  2. Locate the leave request type to be deleted in the Leave Request Types Configuration pane and click Remove.
  3. Click either Save button and then click OK.
