Export QA Forms

Required Permissions — Allow QA Form Administration

This topic covers how to export a QA evaluation form from inContact WFO as an XML document.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceManage Forms.
  2. Optional: Make selections for Form State, Form Type, Group, or any combination of these.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Locate the form and click Edit to open it.
  5. Click Export.
  6. Save the file as directed by your web browser.
