Remove Shift Templates from Schedule Types

Shift templates define the type or duration of a shift and the activities—such as lunch, breaks or any meetings—that occur within that shift. They are assigned to schedule types to define the shifts within that schedule. This topic demonstrates how to remove shift templates from schedule types.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Scheduling Schedule Types.
  2. In the Schedule Type Configuration pane, locate the applicable schedule type, then the applicable shift template, and click Remove.
  3. Click Save.
