Create External Bookmarks

Required Permission: Allow Bookmarking.

Bookmarks allow you to add free-form text notes to a recording.

This topic explains how to create an external bookmark from the Call List. External bookmarks are created from the Call List and apply to the entire call.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Bookmark from the pop-up menu.
  3. Type your notes in the Bookmark Notes field.
  4. Select whether the bookmark should be Public or Private.
  5. Click Confirm Bookmark.
