Edit File Retention Actions

In Hosted deployments, file retention actions determine how long recordings are stored in the cloud.

This topic explains how to edit file retention actions.

File retention action changes are not retroactive. If an action has already been applied to a recording, and you later change a value, the original settings still apply. The new settings apply to recordings moving forward.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsFile Retention Actions.
  2. In the File Retention Actions list, double-click the action to be edited.
  3. Configure the settings for the file retention action.
  4. Click Save.
