Overview
Roster types are activities or states that appear on the inContact Workforce Management v1 Real Time Roster. The Roster Types page allows you to add, edit, or delete roster types in your inContact WFM v1 system.

- Name
- Type a unique name for the roster type as it will appear on the Real Time Roster. The name can be up to 50 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
- Shift Activity Type
- If the activity also appears on employee schedules, select the corresponding shift activity type from the drop-down list.
- On Shift
- Select the checkbox if an employee is considered on shift while performing this activity. For example, a break might be considered an "on shift" activity even though the employee is not available to receive calls.
- Active
- Select this checkbox if an employee is considered active while performing this activity. For example, an employee performing after-call work (the "call wrap" roster type shown in this image) might be considered active even though they are not on a call.
