Log In To The inContact WFO Web Portal

The inContact WFO Web Portal is the primary user interface for inContact Workforce Optimization.

This topic explains how to log in to the web portal.

  1. Type the URL (host name or IP address) of the site into a web browser's address bar (for example, http://incontactwfoserver.yourcompany.com).
  2. Type your User Name and Password.
  3. Optional: Select the Remember my username? checkbox.
  4. Click Login.
