The inContact WFO Web Portal provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to delete a recorded interaction and associated metadata from the Call List.

For more information, see Working with Recordings Overview.

This task results in permanent deletion of recorded interactions and their metadata.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Delete Call from the pop-up menu.
  3. Click OK.
