Overview
The Widget Settings screen allows you to configure integration between inContact WFM v1 and the social media sites Facebook and Twitter. It also allows you to configure the refresh rate for all inContact WFM v1 widgets. This

Integrations to Facebook and Twitter require additional tasks on those social media platforms. Visit the Facebook or Twitter developer portals for more information.
Twitter Settings
- Twitter Screen Name
- Type the screen name of the Twitter account to be used for the integration, not the User ID.
- Number of Twitter Posts to Show
- Set this value based on the space available on the inContact WFM v1 Home tab and the frequency of tweets. Up to 100 tweets can be displayed.
- Twitter Access Token
- Type the value provided when your Twitter application was created.
- Twitter Access Token Secret
- Type the value provided when your Twitter application was created.
- Twitter Consumer Key
- Type the value provided when your Twitter application was created.
- Twitter Consumer Secret
- Type the value provided when your Twitter application was created.
Facebook Settings
- Facebook App ID
- Type the ID provided when you registered your site with Facebook.
- Facebook App Secret
- Type the value provided when you registered your site with Facebook. This setting is used to decode encrypted messages from Facebook.
- Facebook Page ID
- Type the ID for your Facebook home page.
- Number of Facebook Posts to Show
- Set this value based on the space available on the inContact WFM v1 Home tab and the frequency of posts.
- Facebook Publish Access Token
- Type the value generated by Facebook when you created your Facebook application. This value is used by inContact WFM v1 to publish schedule announcements to a Facebook page.
Misc
- Widget Refresh Frequency (seconds)
- Specifies how often each widget refreshes its display.
