Add Titles

Titles are used to differentiate user types in filters and searches. This topic demonstrates how to add titles.

For more information about titles, see Titles Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousTitles.
  2. Click Add Title in the Title Configuration pane.
  3. Click Edit by the New Title field.
  4. Type a name for the title in the Name field and then click either Save button.
  5. Click OK.
