Export Recordings

Required Permission — Allow Downloading of Export, Allow Emailing of Export, or both

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Export Selected from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select the file format for the exported call.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click a filename mask to apply it to the exported recording and then click OK.
