Enable QA Evaluation Forms
Required Permissions — Allow QA Form Administration
Overview
To help ensure historical accuracy and continuity in reporting, inContact WFO does not allow forms to be deleted once they have been used. However, they can be disabled.

- In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceManage Forms.
- For Form State, select either Disabled or All. By default, the QA Forms Listing shows only active forms.
- Optional: Make selections for Form Type, Group, or both, to further limit your search.
- Click Filter.
- Locate the form and click Enable.
