Delete inContact Groups

Required Permission — Allow Group Administration

Deleting inContact Groups is not recommended. It affects historical reporting because the deleted group will not be available as a filter. Also, deleted groups cannot be recovered.

If the inContact Group was created via synchronization with inContact Central, you should only modify or delete it in Central, not in inContact WFO.

Deleting inContact Groups does not delete the users in those groups.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsGroups.
  2. Click the group name.
  3. Click Delete .
  4. Click OK.
