Add Locations

Locations are places to which employees are assigned for labor law compliance. This topic demonstrates how to add locations in inContact Workforce Management v1.

For more information, see Locations Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousLocations.
  2. Click Add Location in the Locations pane.
  3. Click New Location in the Name field and type a new name for the location.
  4. Click Edit in the Time Zone field and select the time zone for the location from the drop-down list.
  5. Click either Save button and then click OK.
