Customize the Web Player

The Web Player is launched from the Call List and is used to play audio recordings, screen recordings, or both made by inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to customize the operation of the Web Player.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Web Player Settings, select or clear the applicable checkbox(es) and then click Save.
