Add Leave Request Types

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationSchedulingLeave Request Types.
  2. Click Add Leave Type in the Leave Request Types Configuration pane.
  3. Click Edit next to the New Type label and type a name for the new leave request type.
  4. Optional: Click the value for Employee can choose and select a new value from the drop-down list.
  5. Optional: Click the value for Requires approval from Supervisor and select a new value from the drop-down list.
  6. Click the white squares under Background Color and Text Color to customize the appearance of this leave type on employee schedules.
  7. Click either Save button and then click OK.
