Edit Items in the Content Library

Required Permission: Allow Content Library Management

1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingContent Library.
   
2. Click a category.
   
3. Click Edit for the item in the category content list.
   
4. Edit the fields for the item.
   
5. Click Save.
