Edit Roster Types

Roster types are activities or states that appear on the inContact Workforce Management v1 Real Time Roster. This topic demonstrates how to edit roster types.

For more information about roster types, see Roster Types Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration System Settings Workmodes.
  2. Locate the roster type you want to edit in the Roster Types pane.
  3. To edit a setting, click in the applicable field and change the value as needed.
  4. Click any Save button on the page once you have completed your edits.
