Edit Roles

Roles are collections of permissions that determine what users can do in inContact Workforce Optimization.

This topic explains how to edit a role.

For more information, see Roles and Permissions Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsRoles.
  2. Double-click the name of the role to be edited.
  3. Make any changes to the selected permissions.
  4. Add or remove any associated inContact Groups.
  5. Add or remove any associated inContact Skills.
  6. Click Save.
