Edit Teams
Overview
Teams are groupings of employees to whom supervisors can be assigned
For more information about Teams, see Teams Overview.
- In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousTeams.
- To change a team supervisor, click the value for the Supervisor Name field and select from the drop-down list of available supervisors.
- To add a supervisor, click Add Supervisor, then click the value in the Name field and select from the drop-down list.
- To remove a supervisor, click Remove for that supervisor.
- When your edits are complete, click either Save button.
