Edit Teams

Teams are groupings of employees to whom supervisors can be assigned, and are automatically synchronized with the teams you create in inContact Central. This topic demonstrates how to edit teams.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousTeams.
  2. To change a team supervisor, click the value for the Supervisor Name field and select from the drop-down list of available supervisors.
  3. To add a supervisor, click Add Supervisor, then click the value in the Name field and select from the drop-down list.
  4. To remove a supervisor, click Remove for that supervisor.
  5. When your edits are complete, click either Save button.
