Delete File Retention Actions

In Hosted deployments, file retention actions determine how long recordings are retained in the cloud.

This topic explains how to delete file retention actions.

File retention actions cannot be deleted if they are associated with a recording schedule.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSystem SettingsFile Retention Actions.
  2. In the File Retention Actions list, click the delete button for the action to be deleted.
  3. Click OK.
