Disable QA Evaluation Forms

Required Permissions — Allow QA Form Administration

To help ensure historical accuracy and continuity in reporting, inContact WFO does not allow forms to be deleted once they have been used. This topic explains how to disable a form if it is no longer needed.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceManage Forms.
  2. Optional: Make selections for Form State, Form Type, Group, or any combination of these.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Click Disable.
