Remove Skills
Overview
Skills in inContact Workforce Management v1 are typically the same as the skills defined on your inContact PBX. They are associated with the labor units inContact WFM v1 uses in creating schedules.
When skills are deleted from your inContact PBX, they are not automatically deleted from inContact WFM v1. This

Skills can be deleted as long as they are not assigned to any labor units.
- In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Miscellaneous Skills.
- Locate the skill you want to delete in the Skill Configuration pane and click Remove.
- Click Save.
