The Services screen allows you to configure settings for the Scheduling service. These settings are typically configured during installation and should be changed only under the direction of inContact WFO Support.

Scheduling Service Web Portal Settings

IP Address
Specifies the IP address of the server hosting Scheduling Service. There is no default value.
Port
Specifies the communication port used by Scheduling Service. The default value is 2016.
