Create an inContact Group

inContact Groups are collections of users you define in a way that makes sense for your organization. inContact Groups are synchronized with teams you create in inContact Central, but you can also create additional groups directly in inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to create an inContact Group.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsGroups.
  2. On the Groups page, click New.
  3. Type a unique name for the new group and then click Save.
