Remove Titles

Titles are used to differentiate user types in filters and searches. This topic demonstrates how to remove, or delete, titles.

For more information about titles, see Titles Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Miscellaneous Titles.
  2. In the Title Configuration pane, click Remove next to the title to be deleted.
  3. Click either Save button and then click OK.
