Edit Users

Users are individuals who appear in, have access to, and can perform tasks in the inContact WFO Web Portal. You may need to edit a user account to provide information not included in the user's inContact Central user account.

This topic explains how to edit the information in a user account.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsUsers.
  2. Double-click the user record to be edited.
  3. Make the necessary changes and then click Save.
