Remove Activities from Shift Templates

Each shift typically has a variety of activities that regularly occur, but the timing of these activities may vary. inContact Workforce Management v1 allows you to add shift activity types to your shift templates, but configure their occurrence differently within each template. This topic demonstrates how to remove shift activity types from shift templates.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Scheduling Shift Templates.
  2. In the Shift Template Configuration pane, locate the shift template from which you want to remove the activity and click Remove beside that activity.
