Edit QA Evaluation Forms

Required Permissions — Allow QA Form Administration

1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceManage Forms.
   
2. Optional: Make selections for Form State, Form Type, Group, or any combination of these.
   
3. Click Filter.
   
4. Locate the form and click Edit to open it.
   
5. Click Alter Scored Form to access the sections, questions and responses.
   
6. Edit the form as needed.
7. Click Save.

   

8. Type a new Form Name when prompted.
9. Click Save.
