inContact Cloud Contact Center Integration Overview

inContact Workforce Management v2 can integrate with the inContact Cloud Contact Center to receive both historical call data and real-time agent status information.

The inContact deployment team owns all aspects of this integration. The WFM Hubs reside in the inContact data center on the VMs that host the customer's inContact WFM v2 system.
