Delete Shift Activity Types

Shift activity types allow you to specify activities associated with shifts and schedules in your organization.

This topic demonstrates how to delete shift activity types in inContact Workforce Management v1.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration System Settings Workmodes.
  2. Locate the shift activity type you want to delete in the Shift Activity Types pane and click Delete.
  3. Click Save and then click OK.
