Search for Users

Users are individuals who appear in, have access to, and can perform tasks in the inContact WFO Web Portal.

This topic explains how to search for users on the Users page.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsUsers.
  2. Type the name of the user in the Search field and then click Go.
  3. Double-click the entry to open the user account.
