Edit Skills

Skills in inContact Workforce Management v1 are typically the same as the skills defined on your inContact PBX They are associated with the labor units inContact WFM v1 uses in creating schedules. This topic explains how to edit skills.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration MiscellaneousSkills.
  2. Locate the skill you want to edit in the Skill Configuration pane.

  3. Configure the skill settings as needed and then click Save.
