Titles Overview
In inContact Workforce Management v1, every user must be assigned a title (for example, employee, supervisor, trainer, and so forth). These titles can then be used to filter and search for employees. Title names can be edited, but they can only be deleted if they are not used by any employee accounts.
inContact WFM v1 is preconfigured with "employee" and "supervisor" titles. Configuring an employee with the title of "supervisor" does not automatically confer the ability to act as a supervisor in inContact WFM v1. For related information, see Permissions and Roles Overview.
