Copy Recording Links

The inContact WFO Web Portal provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO. You can provide an individual recording link to another user so they can easily access the recording directly.

This topic explains how to copy the recording link for specific interaction from the Call List.

For more information, see Working with Recordings Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Copy Call Link from the pop-up menu.
  3. Follow the instructions in the dialog box and then click OK.
  4. Click OK.
