Configure Widget Settings

Widget settings are used to configure integration between inContact WFM v1 and social media sites, and to configure the refresh rate for widgets that appear on the Home tab. This topic demonstrates how to configure widget settings in inContact WFM v1.

For more information, see Application and System Settings Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationData & Import SettingsData Settings.
  2. Configure the applicable settings.
  3. Click either Save button.
