Add Roster Types

Roster types are activities or states that appear on the inContact Workforce Management v1 Real Time Roster. This topic demonstrates how to add roster types.

For more information about roster types, see Roster Types Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration System Settings Workmodes.
  2. Click Add Roster Type in the Roster Types pane.
  3. Configure the appropriate fields for the roster type.
  4. Click any Save button and then click OK.
