Acknowledge QA Evaluations

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click HomeAssignment InboxNew Assignments.
  2. Click the desired evaluation to open it.
  3. Review the evaluation and Add a Comment if desired.
  4. Click Acknowledge.
