Question QA Evaluations

If your organization uses the inContact WFO QA review process, youagents can review, question, and acknowledge evaluations after they have been submitted.

This topic explains how to question an evaluation.

The Add a Comment field is required for questioned evaluations.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click HomeAssignment InboxNew Assignments.
  2. Click the evaluation to open it.
  3. Review the evaluation and Add a Comment.
  4. Click Question .
