Remove Teams

Teams are groupings of employees to whom supervisors can be assigned, and are automatically synchronized with the teams you create in inContact Central. However, if you delete a team in Central, you must delete it manually from inContact WFM v1. This topic demonstrates how to remove, or delete, teams.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousTeams.
  2. Locate the team(s) you want to remove in the Team Configuration pane and click Remove.
  3. Click either Save button.
