Edit Locations

Locations are places to which employees are assigned for labor law compliance. This topic demonstrates how to edit locations.

For more information on locations, see Locations Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousLocations.
  2. Click Add Location.
  3. To edit the location’s name, click the current value for the Name field and type a new value.
  4. To edit a location’s time zone, click Edit next to the time zone and select a new time zone from the drop-down list.
  5. Click either Save button after you have completed your edits, and then click OK.
