Create Default Filters

The inContact WFO Web Portal provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO. You can filter the list of recordings to display only selected interactions.

This topic explains how to set a saved Call List filter as your default filter so that the Call List opens with that filter in place.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions ListCall List My Filters.
  2. Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
  3. Click Default next to the filter to be used.
