Edit Titles

Titles are used to differentiate user types in filters and searches. This topic demonstrates how to edit titles.

For more information about titles, see Titles Overview.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration Miscellaneous Titles.
  2. In the Title Configuration pane, click Edit next to the title to be edited.
  3. Type the new title name in the Name field.
  4. Click either Save button and then click OK.
