The Aux Reasons page allows you to add, edit, or delete aux reasons in your inContact WFM v1 system.

- Name
- Specifies the name of the aux reason. This must exactly match the name of the aux reason on your PBX.
- Value
- Specifies the value of the aux reason (typically a numeric code). This must exactly match the value of the aux reason on your PBX.
- Roster Type
- Specifies the roster type with which the aux reason is associated. The default value is On Call.
