Change Archive Options for Recordings

Required Permission — Allow Archive Administration

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Archive Options from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select an option from the New Archive Action drop-down list.
  4. Click OK.
