Add Aux Reasons

You can configure aux reasons in inContact WFM v1 to match unavailable codes on your inContact PBX so that this information appears on the Real Time Roster. This topic demonstrates how to add aux reasons.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration System Settings Workmodes.
  2. Click Add Aux Reason in the Aux Reasons pane.
  3. Configure the settings for the aux reason.
  4. Click any Save button on the page.
