Delete Timed Recording Schedules

Schedules are collections of business rules that govern recordings in inContact WFO. Timed recording schedules are used when desktop activity is recorded without corresponding phone events.

This topic explains how to remove a timed recording schedule from your system.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Administration Scheduling Timed Schedules.
  2. Click Delete (indicated by the red X) for the schedule to be edited.
  3. Click OK.
