Required Permissions — Allow Call Updates plus permission to edit one or more of the user-defined fields

The Hybrid On-Demand web portal is the primary user interface to start or stop audio recording, start or stop screen recording, add information to recordings, or any combination of these.

- In the On-Demand Web Portal, click Update Call Record.
- Type information in one or more of the fields.
- Click Save.
