Update Call Records in Hybrid On-Demand

Required Permissions — Allow Call Updates plus permission to edit one or more of the user-defined fields

The Hybrid On-Demand web portal is the primary user interface to start or stop audio recording, start or stop screen recording, add information to recordings, or any combination of these.

This topic explains how to update the user-defined fields associated with a call.

  1. In the On-Demand Web Portal, click Update Call Record.
  2. Type information in one or more of the fields.
  3. Click Save.
