The inContact WFMv2 Portal home page provides users with quick access to information that administrators have made available.

This topic explains how to delete links from the Portal home page.

  1. Click WFO WFMv2 Portal WFMv2 Portal Home.
  2. Select the checkbox for the link(s) you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK.
